FAIR PARKING INFORMATION

General Admission

Above is map of the fairgrounds and parking info. All General Admission will enter the drive near Machine Pro Technologies and park in the west parking lot. There will be courtesy golf carts making rounds throughout the parking lot to bring people into the grounds.

Gate A is General Admission Walk In Only.

 

Handicap Parking

Handicap parking on the East side of the grounds, behind the Senior Citizens Building (Enter Gate B) with FREE GOLF CART SHUTTLE SERVICE.

 

Grandstand Participants

Grandstand Participants will enter GA Gate and follow the path to the back of the parking lot where they will be admitted to enter on the west side of the track.

 

Camper Parking

Camping Lots A, B, and D will enter Gate C. Camping Lots C and E will enter General Admission Gate. Campers must have valid car hangings in order to enter. Because of the size of your camper, you may not be able to park your car beside it. Please stay within your lot size. Slide Outs and Awnings must remain within your campsite as well. Violators will be towed at owners expense.

OFF-SITE PARKING & FREE SHUTTLE

We will be offering off-site parking and free shuttle services for Friday, August 8-Saturday, August 9th form 5PM-11PM. Pick up will be at Celina Insurance Parking Lot (click here for directions) and drop off will be Gate A of the fair (click here for directions).

Notice

No wheel transportation is allowed on the fairgrounds (i.e. rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, etc.) excluding Handicap expect for official fair business. All others must have authorized permit by fair board secretary. No pets allowed, service animals welcome.

Vehicles parked in non-permitted areas will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please ensure all vehicles are in designated parking zones to avoid towing.

By entering the Mercer County Fairgrounds, Inc., you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Mercer County Fairgrounds. Inc. and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or any fees for the use of such record media.
