Is parking available and what is the cost?
Day of the Eclipse will be $20/car for admission & parking. We will have overnight car parking for $30/car (utilities and electric will not be available).
Where will the bands and food trucks be located?
It will be centrally located on the fairgrounds at our PBSAnimalHealth Building.
Are pets allowed?
Pets must be on leashes and cleaned up after. Mercer County Fairgrounds, Inc. has the right to remove any pets that are causing harm to patrons.
What is included when I buy a camping site?
A camping site includes 1 Camping Unit Space and 2 Vehicle Passes. Additional vehicles will have to park in the parking lot.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have a showerhouse that can be utilized for CAMPERS ONLY. It is centrally located on the grounds and has 5 showers in both the mens and women’s.
What size are the campsites?
The campsites range from approximately 18’ x 40’ to 23’ x 50’, with some sites having size limitations.
Are campfires permitted?
Campfires will be permitted if the State of Ohio is not under a fire ban at this time. All campfires must be in a fire ring. They are available at the Grandstands on first come, first serve basis. We will not have enough for every site.
Are we allowed to park our campers in a horseshoe shape?
This is not permitted per the Celina Fire Department. All campers must stay within the range of their site. If campers are moved outside of their boundaries, they will be asked to adjust or leave the premises without refund.
Do you have a dump station for campers?
Yes, there are two dump stations located on the grounds. We will also have a company that will provide pumping services for a fee.
What are the use policies on sites with electric and water?
Campers who rent a site with water and electric can have one electric cord and one water hose hooked to the camping unit only. No outside watering, pool filling, sprinkling, etc. is permitted. Campers should arrive with a full tank of fresh water, and empty black and grey tanks.
